Planning and Zoning, 3/27/24 -Presentation from Tony Jordan, Parking Reform Network, on the role of parking mandates in development
As Los Alamos County considers the intersecting crises of housing and the business environment, the Planning and Zoning Commission would like to open a discussion regarding the role of parking mandates, which have an outsize impact on both. To better align parking needs with housing and downtown revitalization, the Commission invites parking expert Tony Jordan to join us for a training and discussion session on the role of parking mandates in development.
Attend the meeting in person at 5:30pm on Wednesday, 3/27/24, in Council Chambers or join on Zoom at this link.
