The Rules Committee Report will happen at the regular session on 9/5/23. There are some good revisions and some missing revisions. See “This Week at Council” for details.

The tickler shows an upcoming presentation with requested action from the Council Rules Committee in early September. The Council Rules have in the past been used to curtail public comment. We will be watching this one closely when the agenda comes out.
